Here are some useful links and printable worksheets to supplement Being You: A Girl's Guide to Mindfulness(Unless otherwise noted, links are to resources at MindfulTeachers.org)

If you plan to use the downloadable worksheets in a class, please be very clear with your students how any personal information will be used, and don’t push them to share anything with the group if they don't feel comfortable doing so.

The above link will take you to the guided practices I recommend in the book. They're led by Dr. Dzung Vo, a pediatrician specializing in adolescent medicine and an expert on mindfulness for teens. (The practices are also appropriate for adults. This is actually the site I use personally when I'm looking for guided meditations.)
